According to the "2007 Survey of Home Buyers and Sellers" compiled
by the National Association of Realtors, 84 percent of all home
buyers used the internet as part of their home search process in
2007. In our efforts to generate as much exposure and activity as
possible for your home we place your listed property on several high
exposure internet sites which have become THE lead generation system
of the 21st Century.
In addition, through our participation in the Internet Data Exchange
(IDX), via the Austin Board of Realtors, your listed property is
added to the websites of competing real estate firms; locally,
regionally and nationally. We participate in this program to give
our listed properties the greatest possible exposure and for the
convenience of the buying public.
Print Advertising
Diggs Real Estate, Inc. utilizes display advertising in local
newspapers as well as advertising in regional real estate guides and
magazines. These print media publications are distributed throughout
our regional market area.

I began my career in Real
Estate in 1978 and branched out with my own company in 1996.

Born and
raised in La Grange, I’ve seen our “small town” survive the
rough times in the 80’s to become a flourishing community
with a stable economy. We are also fortunate to have a
tremendous school system. My husband, Stephen, and I knew
that La Grange was where we wanted to raise our kids, Jay
and Jamie. After graduating from U.T. with a BBA in
accounting and a minor in real estate, I decided to work in
the private accounting sector. During that time I worked in
real estate part time and finally decided that I really
wanted to work full time in real estate. So I joined my mom
(Nancy) in 1999 in her real estate business. During that
time I also went back to school and received my State
Certified General Appraiser’s License. Being an appraiser
has gone ‘hand in hand’ with real estate. When listing your
property, I can give you an educated and experienced value,
which is so important in today’s market. La Grange is a
great place to live and I am fortunate to live and work in a
growing market. |

I was born and raised in Austin and
remember passing through this quaint little town, La Grange,
as I was growing up. Little did I know that I would marry a
home town boy, settle here, raise my family and sell real
estate. That quaint little town remains, but has
prospered. There is no other place like it and it has been
a joy selling real estate here!
I
have lived most all of my adult life in La Grange and
Fayette County. I have been a licensed realtor for 10+
years. I am proud to say that I have been with Diggs Real
Estate all of those 10 years.
I am
married to Randy Heger and have two sons, Reagan, 18 and
Rustin, 13. We live on a small ranch in Fayette County,
where we raise Charlois Cattle. When I’m not working, I
love to spend time with my family, watch baseball, fish and
work in the yard. I am an active member of the Sacred
Heart Church.
I
have assisted many clients in finding their dream property,
or obtaining the top price for their real estate. I am
available to act as a buyer’s or seller’s representative and
would love to assist you in your real estate transaction.
